NOTICE TO MOTORISTS
Mamalahoa Highway Safety Improvements Vicinity of Haleili Street and Bruner Road
The State Highways Division will begin improvements on Highway 11, Mile Post 96 to 105.40. Work in these areas involve widening shoulders, pavement reconstruction, installing guardrail and end treatments, guardrail reflector markers, flexible delineators, traffic signs, pavement marking and striping, milled shoulder rumble strips, milled centerline rumble strips, asphalt shoulder regrading, grated drain inlets and shallow concrete drywells.
Construction will begin on February 12, 2024 and work hours will be from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday for a 16-month period. Travel speed through the work area will be reduced, 24-hours a day, 7-days a week.
