NOTICE TO BIDDERS WEST HAWAII FACILITY NOTICE is hereby given that CFS Real Property, Inc., a Hawaii non-profit organization with a 501(c)(3) status, will receive sealed bids until the deadline of 4:00 p.m. on Friday, April 12, 2024 for architectural and renovation work for one of their properties in West Hawaii: CONSTRUCTION SERVICES CFS Real Property, Inc is acquiring services for a cesspool conversion at one of its facilities. Bidders must possess a current and valid State of Hawaii Contractor’s License in accordance with HRS Chapter 444 relating to licensing of contractors, provide proof of insurance, and have at least 5 years of proven experience related to the project’s scope of work. A site visit and inspection of the Project will be held on Monday, March 25, 2024 at 9:00 am. All prospective contractors interested in submitting a bid for the Project are advised to attend site visit and inspection which will address any questions regarding the scope of work for the Project.
