Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of the administration buildings’ interior, exterior, and site upgrades for Hawaii Care Choices, as described in the Contract Documents, will now be received by the office of Fleming&Associates, LLC at 557 Manono Street, Hilo, Hawaii 96720 until 2:00 p.m. (HST) on Tuesday, February 10, 2026. A Pre-Bid meeting will be conducted at the project site on Thursday, January 15, 2026, at 2:00 PM. (HST). This meeting is not mandatory. Bids will be evaluated on the basis of the total contract amount (excluding State of Hawaii General Excise Taxes), contractor’s performance on past projects, and Hawaii Care Choices’ procurement policy.
