ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Hawaii Care Choices Admin Buildings&Site Upgrades c/o Fleming&Associates, LLC 557 Manono Street, Hilo, HI 96720 An Addendum, noting the extension of the bid closing date, has been issued for the above noted project. Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of the administration buildings’ interior, exterior, and site upgrades for Hawaii Care Choices, as described in the Contract Documents, will now be received by the office of Fleming&Associates, LLC at 557 Manono Street, Hilo, Hawaii 96720 until 2:00 p.m. (HST) on Tuesday, February 10, 2026. A Pre-Bid meeting will be conducted at the project site on Thursday, January 15, 2026, at 2:00 PM. (HST). This meeting is not mandatory. Bids will be evaluated on the basis of the total contract amount (excluding State of Hawaii General Excise Taxes), contractor’s performance on past projects, and Hawaii Care Choices’ procurement policy. General Contractors may obtain a copy of the bid documents by submitting a Notice of Intent to Bid via email to Fleming&Associates, LLC, Attention: Jim Marika. Email to: jmarika@fleminghawaii.com. The contractor will be provided a link to the documents via a filesharing website.
