This rule consolidates and amends Mayor's Covid-19 Emergency Rules Nos. 1, 2, and 3. This rule also incorporates the Governor's Sixth Supplementary Proclamation Amending and Restating Prior Proclamations and Executive Orders Related to the Covid-19 Emergency issued on April 25, 2020.
