State of Hawaii Hawaii Public Housing Authority CANCELLATION OF OAHU FEDERAL PUBLIC HOUSING WAITING LIST OPENING The Hawaii Public Housing Authority (HPHA) has canceled the reopening of its waiting list for low-income applicants for the HPHA federal public housing program on Oahu. The HPHA had opened its waiting list in August – September 2022. However, due to technical difficulties affecting the date and time certain applications were received online by the HPHA, and in fairness to all who had applied, the HPHA had to close its waiting list and remove all applications received during this recent reopening.
