NOTICE TO ALL COUNTY RESIDENTS New Traffic Pattern Solid Waste Division Announces New Traffic Pattern at the Hilo Transfer Station Effective Friday, November 27, 2020 The County of Hawai'i, Department of Environmental Management, Solid Waste Division is announcing that the Hilo Transfer Station will be implementing a new residential traffic pattern for refuse disposal.
